CHAIR
Owner, ​The Barker Lounge

Caitlin is the owner of The Barker Lounge, a doggie daycare and boarding facility located in the heart of Montford Park. She is a former Montford Park resident and is very passionate about the development of the neighborhood. As a small business owner and former investment banker, she brings a unique skillset to the Montford Park Partners Board and hopes to leverage her skills to benefit our residents and businesses. Caitlin served as the Chair of the Montford Park Partners Board from 2020-2024.

VICE CHAIR
Consultant, LMI

​Katherine is a native Charlottean and public health professional working in federal consulting. She is an alumna of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her B.S. in Biology and Master's in Public Health. She is a current Montford Park resident and is passionate about improving the community for its residents and businesses.

TREASURER
Assistant Commercial Property Manager, Grubb Properties

With a background in property management, event planning, and oversight of commercial properties totaling over 360,000 square feet, Sam applies his expertise in strategic planning and resource management to support the Board's mission. A dedicated leader, he is passionate about fostering the Montford Park community and culture to greater heights.

COMMUNICATIONS CHAIR
Graphic Designer, The Social Rook

Olivia is a graphic designer at The Social Rook, where she creates visual content for businesses across various industries from food and beverage to B2B manufacturers. She earned her BFA in Fine Arts from East Carolina University and has a passion for helping small business owners with her creative problem-solving. Originally from north of Charlotte, Olivia is grateful to have found community in Montford Park over the past 2 years. She is excited to engage with the community and contribute her skills to support the neighborhood’s growth and development.

SOCIAL MEDIA CHAIR

​Allison is a Social Media Specialist at The Cato Corporation with a passion for storytelling and community engagement. She graduated from Wingate University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. A Montford resident since 2022, Allison has developed a strong connection to the neighborhood and its welcoming community. She is excited about Montford’s continued growth and enjoys using social media to showcase the people, places, and local spirit that make the area so special.

BOARD MEMBER
Managing Partner, ​CoCoTiv Coworking

John brings years of experience as an entrepreneur to Montford Park Partners.  Prior to founding CoCoTiv, he owned and operated Interiors Marketplace and Post & Gray in South End.  As an original board member of the Charlotte Trolley and South End Development Corporation, he looks to bring the same brand awareness to Montford Park. John previously served as the Vice Chair of the Montford Park Partners Board from 2020-2024.
